The journey began with my own battle against chronic inflammation in both my knees, which led me down the path to discovering the transformative power of cacao. I took the words said by Hippocrates over 2400 years ago very serious. “Let food be thy medicine, let medicine be thy food.” After researching the medicinal elements of cacao, I began searching for some answers as to how we can benefit from it. Fortunately, science has already done a lot of research for us. I just found a way to bring it to you as an effective anti-inflammatory with nothing artificial added.

How UF18 Was Born
Uf18 was born from a shared passion for natural health solutions. Inspired by the ancient healing properties of cacao and the challenges of managing chronic inflammation, I set out to craft a product that merges tradition with modern science.
Finding sustainably sourced, high-quality ceremonial cacao here in the southern part of the Philippines and being committed to creating a product that aligns with both health and environmental values, UF18 was born.
