This is an invitation for you to participate as a volunteer in a study which will provide data on the outcome of using UF18 over a 30 day period.

UF18 is an all natural cacao anti-inflammatory supplement which, when taken each day, can stop the body from producing the inflammatory response and lower the amount of systemic inflammation in your body as a whole. 

By taking UF18 daily you may get relief from conditions such as Osteoarthritis, Gout, and Edema among others. You may also reduce pain with mobility while increasing your range of motion at the joint.

Right now, we are looking for volunteers who have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis. 

If you would like to participate as a volunteer in this on-going study:

1. you would receive a 1 month supply of UF18

2. you would need to communicate with us once a day for 31 days to answer a few questions 

3. you would need to provide the written diagnosis of your osteoarthritis (your information will remain private, however, we need to see your name and the date attached to the diagnosis)

4. you would receive a FREE one month supply of UF18 at the conclusion of the study
